We eat here often, the food was fantastic, and for the first time since we've been coming here the service was horrible. It is usually fantastic. It being a buffet you don't use the same plate twice, and we had to put our own plates up on the cart that they were picking up from somewhere else, and we had to get up and refill our own drinks. I don't mind and that was okay, we just definitely did not leave a tip. But I DEFINITELY recommend this place to eat at! 100%
Was in town visiting family, I'm from California and there is nothing local to me that can compare. From the sincere customer service, the cleanliness of everything to the many, many food options. I wished I had had time, and the belly space, to sample it all. Southern style comfort food at it's absolute best! if you live close to Wood Grill Buffet you know what I'm talking about. If you're ever in town go visit, bring a hungry and empty belly, you won't be sorry! Thank you gals and guys at Wood Grill Buffet, you made my visit to Arkansas that much more wonderful!!
Food was amazing Some things were a little off, but just about everything was really good Service service was exceptional. Definitely busy place. kid friendly we was to our table pretty quickly
We were headed home from a road trip and decided to try it out and we were definitely pleased. The staff was friendly and the prices were reasonable. We didn't have to wait before we were able to find seating. They have a huge selection of food from seafood and comfort food to desserts. If we're ever back in the area we will stop again!
This is one of our favorite buffet style restaurants in the area. Food is always fresh, cooked to perfection, and very well stocked. Servers are attentive, quick, and friendly. Salad bar has more to offer in variety of toppings than any other you will ever find, oh and their roles absolutely heavenly! ...
My wife and I love this place. We came here like 9 months ago. We swore that next time we were in town, we would go back. We even brought a friend. The food was great. They have a great selection of comfort foods and desserts. A very fun international selection as well. From the cashier to the servers, even the cooks are out and talking. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. There's plenty of space to move around at the tables and at the buffet. The pricing is very fair, and we will be back.
Arrived on a Saturday afternoon. Ample food selection and presentation was great. The hot food was hot and the cold food was cold. The way it should be. Our waitress Caroline was great and made our visit very nice but I was particularly impressed by another young lady, Lily. Lily was flying around the place like she was on a mission but always had a smile on her face. She made the others look like they were standing still. I was so taken by her work ethic I felt the need to brag on her to her manager. She informed me that Lily was only a sophomore in high school but she has hopes to join the military. Not surprised. She's manager material!! I later had the means to have Lily stop for a minute and told her how impressed I was with her work ethic. She told me she hopes to be a fighter pilot in the USAF; again, not surprised. She has her post education plans all mapped out. Her parents must be very proud of their daughter. If you're lucky to stop by ask to be in Lily's section. You'll see what I mean about excellent service. KEEP FLYING HIGH LILY!
